A reflection for these changing times — for those who are feeling the shaking of the world and the stirring of the soul.

The Cry of the Earth

It’s easy to point fingers and blame others.

When disaster strikes, we see the worst of humanity — the greed, the corruption, the failures of those in power.

But if we stop there, we miss the deeper truth.

The sickness we see in our systems — in government, in business, even in communities — is not new.

It is a reflection of something ancient: our separation from God, from the Divine, from the sacredness within and around us.

The Separation and the Forgetting

Before there were hierarchies and belief systems that divided us — before wealth determined worth — there was balance.
There was indigenous wisdom.

Our ancestors knew that all life was connected.
That power did not belong to the few — it flowed through the many.
That to harm the land was to harm ourselves.

Somewhere along the way, we forgot.
And that forgetting has led us here — to floods and fires, to greed and disconnection, to a humanity that has lost sight of its own soul.

The Great Healing

As I witness the devastation in the Philippines, Alaska, Jamaica, and in so many places touched by storms, floods, earthquakes, and fires — lives lost, homes gone, hearts grieving — I feel both sorrow and remembrance stirring in me.
The Earth is speaking.
She is not punishing us; she is pleading with us to remember.

But this time we’re living in — this era of upheaval and awakening — is not the end.
It is what many call The Great Awakening — or what I call The Great Healing.

Because it is the healing of Self that will ripple outward to heal the collective.

Awakening to Our Divinity

Through the chaos, a deeper remembering is unfolding.

What may look like the world crumbling is, in truth, the destruction of what no longer serves the highest good of humanity.
The old systems — built on greed, separation, and control — are being dismantled so that new foundations can rise.

This is not punishment.
It is purification.
An opportunity to rebuild our world on love, compassion, truth, integrity, and remembrance — to create a brighter future that honors all life.

As we awaken and remember who we truly are — divine, sovereign beings born of God, Source, Creator (whichever term you resonate with) — we begin to heal the illusion of separation.
These systems that once defined worth and belonging — the social, economic, and religious hierarchies — led us to forget the divinity within us.

But we were never separate.
We are wholly holy.
We are creators, co-creating with God the life we are meant to live.

When we heal the Self, we learn the lessons our souls came here to understand.
We expand not only the human aspect of ourselves, but the consciousness of our souls.
Our healing raises our vibration — and as each soul rises, so does the collective.
For we are all connected.

Rebuilding in Light

As each person remembers their wholeness, their divinity, and their connection to all that is sacred, humanity begins to awaken — not just in consciousness, but in compassion.
People are beginning to see through the illusions.
The truth is surfacing — both collectively and individually.

And with every act of awareness, compassion, and courage, the balance begins to return.
This healing does not start with governments or institutions.
It starts with us.
It starts with Self.

The storms may shake us.
The systems may crumble.
But from the ashes, something ancient and holy is rising again —
the spirit of the people,
the voice of the Earth,
and the truth of our oneness with the Divine.

A Prayer for Humanity and the Earth

May we lift in prayer all who are suffering from recent disasters —
and for all who continue to walk through times of change and uncertainty.

May the souls who have crossed over find peace and safe passage back home to God.
May their light continue to guide and protect those who remain.

May comfort surround the grieving, strength rise within the weary,
and compassion move through every heart that witnesses this pain.

May we remember that the Earth is not separate from us —
she breathes with us, she aches with us, she heals with us.

May this be the moment we awaken to that truth —
that healing begins when we return to the Divine,
when we walk again in harmony with one another and with the Earth.

And may what is rebuilt be brighter —
rooted in the teachings of love, unity, and Christ Consciousness —
so that from the ashes of destruction,
a more awakened humanity may rise.

May we each continue to walk as light-bearers of this healing —
remembering, rebuilding, and returning to the sacred within and around us.
