Holding Grief: A Guided Healing Circle

Grief can take many forms — the loss of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, life transitions, or the quiet loss of parts of ourselves along the way.

This is a space to gently sit with what you are carrying, without needing to rush, fix, or explain it.

Together, we will move through a guided experience that may include reflection, inner work, and time to simply be with what is present. There will be space for journaling and integration, and an opportunity to share — though sharing is always optional.

You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
Whether you feel ready to speak, or simply need a space to be held in the presence of others, both are honored here.

This is not about having the right words or reaching a certain place.
It is about allowing yourself to feel, in your own time, and being supported as you do.

Meet Your Spirit Guides (a collaboration) 

Have you wondered who your Guides are?  Do you have a sense of them, and want to get closer to them…to know them better?  Our Spirit team is an integral part of who we are, for they know us better than ourselves.  When we strengthen our relationship with our Guides, it helps us on our Spiritual path and Mediumship journey.  

In this workshop, taught by Charmaine Cheryle and Special Guest, Liz Longs, you will take a journey on a guided meditation to meet 3 of your Guides (Main Guide, Healing Guide and Wisdom Guide). You will then receive individual information/confirmation of the Guides that come through for you. There will also be a talk, a writing exercise and time for Q&A and sharing of your experience.

Healing & Trance Development Circles

(free healing)
Each week, my Healing and Trance development circles alternate, giving people an opportunity to receive free healing in two ways from developing Mediums. First, by submitting names for the healing book. Second, by attending in person for the last 20 minutes of the circle to receive live Trance Healing. Mentorship (1:1 – 1:4)

These sessions will help to accelerate your abilities and development in the areas of Trance Healing, Trance Speaking, Evidential Trance and Evidential Mediumship, Healing and more.  Mentorship sessions also allow individuals who are unsure of whether Psychic, Mediumship and/or Healing work is for them, to learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
