HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SESSION:
Please arrive a few minutes before the start of your session, and come with an open mind and heart. Sessions work best when you are open to the healing energies or any information that Spirit brings through, as you allow yourself to feel them on a Soul level. Also, please be in a quiet and comfortable environment (sit or lie down), have a glass of water, and pen/paper to write anything down from your experience if you wish.

- What is Trance Mediumship?
This is a beautiful and sacred relationship with the Divine, where I become very passive and give permission to Spirit to blend with me, as they use my physicality to work through me by sending healing, speaking words of wisdom and knowledge or having a loved one blend with me to speak through me. - What can I expect from an Evidential Mediumship reading?
This is an active state in which I am the Mediator between you and your passed loved one. I receive information from them through my “Clairs” by knowing, seeing, feeling and hearing what they are trying to communicate. We leave it up to Spirit to see who comes through, as Spirit knows which passed loved one needs to come through for the highest good of the Client and the loved one. - Is there anything I need to do after receiving energy healing (Babaylan, Reiki or Crystal)?
Energy healing is similar to receiving an energetic massage. Please drink plenty of water throughout the day after your session, as your body is releasing toxins, just like in a regular massage. Try to rest as well, as the healing energies are still working at least 24 hours after your session.

All services and classes are pre-paid via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. The cost of the service or class will be the cancellation fee with less than 24-hour notice.
